After choosing the $20 self guided audio tour, we were given a brief orientation on how to use the equipment which was quite simple and much better than the old headphones and cassette tapes from tours past. The guide took us across the street to the homes and gardens then set us free to look around for as long and we desired.

We stumbled upon this private area with a beautiful pool. Love the blue flowerpots.
We headed over to the museum to see the laboratory–Steve’s favorite part of the tour after walking all over the grounds
After the visit to the laboratory we headed back to the boat at the Fort Myers Yacht Basin, a night out to dinner at the local Mexican restaurant and then to plan for our trip to Venice. Last stop before Isla Del Sol. We are more than ready to be there after traveling for 900 miles.
