Martini Glass Ice Sculpture

(2/22/18) It was fascinating watching the chef at Abaco Beach Resort put together the martini glass ice sculpture. The sculpture was to be the center piece of the round bar in the middle of the room separating cocktail hour from the dinner hour.
The whole time I was watching this event, I kept thinking that maybe they should have waited to stock the bar until after the ice sculpture was placed. I imagined someone dropping the ice taking out all the glasses and bottles. What an incredible mess that would be to clean up just before the ball began. I guess this was not their first ice sculpture.
