Pete’s Pub by Car?

(3/30/18) After Sandy Point, we were getting hungry.  The only place open on Good Friday was Pete’s Pub so off we went in that direction.  After driving on the road to Pete’s, we can see why most people visit by boat.  

This sign is indicative of life in the Abaco’s.  Simplicity rules with a bit of humor.  The little dog below kept an eye on us as we ate our lunch.  He came over for a quick visit but soon returned to his spot in the shade.  

A walkway from the dining area of Pete’s Pub leads to the Atlantic Ocean.  At the top of the walkway is this sculpture.

The brush has almost completely hidden this boat which I presume washed ashore in a storm.

Lunch was filling and fueled us for the trip to Cherokee.  Pictures tomorrow!
