First Day in Marsh Harbour

(12/1/17)  There is plenty to keep one busy here at Abaco Beach Resort in Marsh Harbour.  The Royal Marsh Harbour Yacht Club (RMHYC) also has many activities. I joined the walking group at 6:15 a.m. on their daily walk.  I needed to get out and stretch after crossing Whale Cay.  The Bahamian people drive on the left side of the road, so I had to get used to the traffic pattern and stay out of the road.  The roads are narrow and some have pot holes.  There is a sidewalk but it is narrow.  We walked close to 3 1/2 miles.

A member of RMHYC instructs a yoga class several times a week.  We (yes, Steve tried it) went to the class at 9:00 after a quick bit of breakfast.  Even the most hesitant to take yoga could enjoy this class.  Susan, the instructor, is most patient.  The class takes place in the tiki hut overlooking the Sea of Abaco.  There was no way anyone could not enjoy this view!
