Customer Service at Chewy

Izzy was so small at first that she could fit into the Kitty Crate.  She is not too happy about it but it worked for a few weeks.    

The crate she sleeps in at home is too big for my car and too heavy to pick up easily.  I went on an internet search and found a portable crate at Chewy.com. 

If you have never ordered anything from Chew.com, I urge you to look at their website for any pet supplies you may need. We even order our dog food from them.   I have been very pleased with the crate.  Izzy really likes the pad.  She chews on it so ferociously that I decided it might be a good idea to order a  replacement.  I was having trouble finding another pad which led me to reach out to customer service.  They replied with a suitable replacement and requested a picture of Izzy.  I eagerly supplied them with the cutest photo ever!  I received a note in the mail from Isabella at Chewy that I have to share.

Gotta love good customer service!

PS:  More boating posts coming.  We have been enjoying being at home with Izzy but will be taking a trip on Meandering Joy in the coming days!
